Solos

In this privacy statement you can read how Solos labour law ("Solos") handles the processing of personal data. Solos is the data controller (within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")) with respect to the personal data it processes. Solos reserves the right to change this privacy statement and will always post the most recent version of this privacy statement on its website. If there are substantial changes that may significantly affect one or more data subjects, Solos will endeavor to inform these data subjects immediately. Solos' website does not place cookies that require prior consent.

Basis of processing

In order to be allowed to process your personal data, it must be based on one of the principles of the GDPR. In Solos' case, depending on the specific personal data, this is based on entering into and performing the agreements with clients and suppliers of Solos, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest or consent.

Disclosure of personal data

In order to be of service to you and to carry out work, Solos engages other parties to process personal data. Sometimes Solos is required by law or a judge forces it to provide personal data to, for example, the Tax and Customs Administration, the police or the regulator. Sometimes, in order to carry out the work, it is necessary for Solos to provide data to judicial authorities, couriers and other suppliers, parties involved in cases and bailiffs.

If Solos has personal data processed by a third party, Solos will enter into a processing agreement with these "processors" that complies with the GDPR if necessary. For example, a processor can be an IT service provider that supports the work.
